Viva Pinata

Above : My favourite pinata so far is the Preztail. I called my first one Pontoon. Ok so everybody go out and buy Viva Pinata on the 360 just pretend its for a kid or a girl or something so that the cashier doesnt think you are a Mary .Getting as much playtime as Gears of War....Which is high praise indeed..

The Blizzards Gig II

Ok so went to see The Blizzards on Monday night(4th Dec 2006) in the Old Oak again. Yet another ace free gig. Kudos guys, kudos. Biggest crowd for a band there yet for some reason. Think it might be to do with the drummers "farmer's afro". Fanastic live anyhoo and a great album. Go and buy it kids. They were supported by a Cork band I had not heard of before called Lotus Lullabye. Not bad at all.

On a semi related topic Im so f*cking sick of bands called The X, The Y's or whatever....Grow a f*cking imagination. Call yerselves Finger Butter or something.<\End Rant>

Royseven Gig II

Okay went to see Royseven play in the Old Oak(for free) again on Monday the 27th November 2006. The support band was The Citizen I think and they werent great. Very folksie. So Royseven came on stage and played another blindin' gig. The lead singer was wandering around the crowd singing again and lying down on the bar,climbing a big clock poley thing in front the stage and generally being a bit OTT. He nearly ran us over walking in past us further into the crowd and gave all us at the front a high five after the gig. So kudos methinks.Which is the comeplete opposite to that tall bloke with long hair who plays lead guitar I think. He literally just stands there unmoving while he plays. Hilarious. They didnt bring their smoke machine and strobe lights this time grrrr. But fantastic band live. Off to see The Blizzards again Monday methinks.
